Booking, drop-off, the walk-around inspection, updates during the day and what you get back at handover.

If you have never had a car professionally detailed, the process can feel unfamiliar. Here is what happens from booking to handover at our Bodakdev studio.
Book a slot online or on WhatsApp, and tell us the car, its age and what bothers you most: swirls, a stained seat, a dull bonnet. We take no more than six cars a day, so weekend slots fill about a week ahead. If you prefer, our driver can collect the car from home or office for ₹300 to ₹600, with a photo check of every panel at pickup.
When you arrive, Hiral or Kunal walks around the car with you under the daylight lamps in the bay. They point out swirls, scratches, chips and any marks too deep to polish, and take paint-depth readings on each panel for correction or coating jobs. Together you agree on what will be done and the price, written on a job card. Empty the car of valuables; anything left behind is photographed and bagged.
During the day you get a few photos on WhatsApp as the work progresses, and a call if anything unexpected turns up, such as a repainted panel with thin paint. Nothing extra is done without your approval. At handover, we walk around the car again under the lamps, show you the before-and-after readings, and explain how to wash it and what to avoid. Coated cars should not be washed for seven days. Pay by UPI or card. A full report with photos reaches you the same evening, and you can call us with questions at any time.
