Setting up a weekly pickup that runs itself
How our weekly customers set a slot, pack their bag, mark special items and pay once a month without thinking about laundry.
About two thirds of the households we serve have a fixed weekly pickup. Once it is set up, laundry simply leaves on one evening and comes back two days later. Here is how to make it work smoothly.
Choose a slot that suits your week. The most popular are Sunday evening, which brings clothes back on Tuesday, and Wednesday night for return before the weekend. Pickup slots are one hour long, between 7 am and 10 pm. The same driver usually comes each week, and if you are out, you can leave the bag with your building’s security, with a note on WhatsApp.
Pack everything in the cloth bag we give you. Put dry cleaning, silk and anything delicate in the smaller zip pouch inside, so it is sorted separately. Empty the pockets; each month we return a small packet of coins, pens and earphones to customers. If something needs special care, such as a stain or a missing button, attach one of our coloured clips to it.
Weekly customers get 10 percent off every wash. You can pay after each delivery, or once a month by UPI from a single statement that lists every order and garment. To skip a week, pause before you travel, or change your slot, send a message to the same WhatsApp number by 6 pm the day before. There is no contract and no fee for pausing. Most households tell us it takes about a month before they stop thinking about laundry at all.
