How we run several rooms at once for offices, what it costs, and how to make teams fair.

Most of our weekday bookings are teams from offices around Cyber City and Golf Course Road. A well-run escape room afternoon is short, active and gives people something to talk about the next morning. Here is how we organise it.
We can run up to four rooms at the same time, which seats 32 players. For larger groups we run two waves, with the first group in the lounge while the second plays. Teams of five or six work best, so a group of 24 becomes four teams.
Mix teams across departments rather than letting people pick their friends. Choose similar rooms so results are comparable; The Mint Vault Heist has two identical copies for exactly this reason. We print a leaderboard with each team’s time and the number of hints used.
On weekdays a team day costs ₹1,100 a player, including the lounge for an hour before or after. Snacks and tea can be added for ₹250 a head from a café two doors down. Book at least a week ahead for groups over 16, and three weeks ahead in December, when everyone wants a year-end outing.
Ask the organiser to send the final head count 48 hours before. Changes of two or three people on the day are not a problem.
