Everything customers ask Chukki Space Academy most. Can’t find yours? Message us.
What age should my child start at?
Sky explorers and Robotics level 1 start at 8. Electronics starts at 11 and the robot arm lab at 13. The free trial class helps us suggest the right batch.
What happens if it is cloudy?
We move telescope sessions to the next clear evening and use the cloudy night indoors for star maps, the planetarium projector or telescope care.
How do you look after children at camp?
Two mentors for every 12 children, a woman mentor at every camp, a first-aid trained lead and separate tents for boys and girls. Parents get photos each evening.
Does my child need a laptop?
No. We provide laptops in class. For the electronics and robot arm courses a laptop at home helps with practice, but it is not required.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. Term fees can be paid in two instalments, in November and January. Siblings get 10% off the second fee.
How do I book?
Choose a service, a day and a time, and send the request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
Clear-sky alerts for parents.
We message you when the sky is clear enough for a rooftop night, about twice a month.
