We do a skin check and a patch test at least 48 hours before your first peel. If your skin is sensitive, sunburnt or on certain prescriptions, we will suggest a facial instead.

No. We are a spa, not a medical clinic. For acne, pigmentation or hair loss, please see a dermatologist; we are happy to work alongside their advice.

Yes. About a third of our guests are men, mostly for the hydrating facial, the hair spa and the hot stone ritual.

Start six weeks ahead. The last facial should be two days before the event, never the day before.

Your treatment ends at the booked time so the next guest is not kept waiting. Cancel or move it free up to 4 hours before.

Choose a service, a day and a time, and send the request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.

Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp.

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
