Why can’t I add fish on the first day?
A new tank has no bacteria to break down fish waste. It takes about four weeks to grow them. We test your water and bring fish when the ammonia and nitrite read zero.
How much does a setup visit cost?
₹1,500 within Nashik city, free with any tank above ₹15,000. It takes about three hours and includes the follow-up visit four weeks later.
Do you look after tanks every month?
Yes. A monthly visit costs ₹900 for tanks up to 90 cm: water change, glass, filter, trimming and a water test.
Can you ship fish?
We ship shrimp, plants and small fish within Maharashtra by overnight courier, packed with oxygen. Larger fish are collected from the shop.
What if a fish dies after I take it home?
Send us a photo and your water test within 48 hours. We help you find the cause, and if it was ours, we replace the fish.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
