From the arrival tea to the shower, so nothing surprises you.

Many of our guests are visiting a spa for the first time, and a little nervous. Here is what happens.
Arrive 15 minutes early. You fill a short form about health, injuries and allergies, and choose the pressure and the therapist you prefer. We offer you a cup of tulsi tea while your room is prepared.
In the room you change into a robe and disposable underwear, and lie on the table under a sheet. The therapist knocks before entering. During the massage, only the area being worked on is uncovered. Tell them at any time if the pressure is too much or too little, or if you are cold. It is your hour.
Afterwards you can sit in the herbal steam room for ten minutes, then shower. There is no rush to leave; most guests spend a while in the courtyard before going home. Drink water, eat something light and avoid a heavy workout for the rest of the day.
