Is installation really free?
Standard installation is free in Madurai for every product. For ACs, it includes 3 m of copper pipe and the outdoor stand; extra pipe is ₹750 a metre.
Do you deliver outside Madurai?
Yes, to Dindigul, Sivaganga, Virudhunagar and Theni within 3 days. Installation there is ₹300 to ₹600 depending on the distance.
How does the exchange work?
Send a photo of your old appliance on WhatsApp with its age. We quote the same day, and the amount comes off your bill when we deliver.
Who handles warranty repairs?
Call us first. Our technicians check the fault, and if a part is needed we raise the claim with the manufacturer for you.
What EMI options do you have?
No-cost EMI on most credit cards for 3 to 9 months, and consumer loans with a PAN and Aadhaar from ₹1,499 a month. Approval takes about 15 minutes at the counter.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
