How do you grade pre-owned records?

Every record is cleaned and played end to end. We grade it Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG or Good and note any skips or marks in the listing.

Can I return a record?

Exchange any record within 7 days if it does not match its grade. New sealed records can be exchanged unopened.

Do you repair turntables and amplifiers?

Yes. Bring it in for a free check. Most repairs take one to three weeks, and we give you a written estimate before we start.

What does the listening room cost?

₹500 for an hour, adjusted against anything you buy that day. Book a day ahead on WhatsApp; up to four people.

Do you ship outside Kolkata?

Records ship across India in 4–7 days between boards. Decks, amplifiers and speakers ship insured, with set-up help by video call.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
