It started as a way to build trust. It has become the way we work.

Every bike that leaves our workshop goes home with a small cloth bag on the seat. Inside are the parts we replaced: the old oil filter, the worn brake pads, the spark plug, the stretched chain.
We started doing this in our first year, because many customers had been charged for parts at other garages that were never changed. Seeing the old part ends that doubt. It is also useful: a brake pad worn on one side tells you the caliper needs attention, and an oil filter full of metal flakes is a warning.
We also photograph the work. Before we replace anything that was not in the original quote, the mechanic sends a photo on WhatsApp and waits for your reply. It slows us down by a few minutes. In return, we almost never have an argument at the counter.
If you do not want the parts, leave them with us. We send the metal for recycling and dispose of oil and filters through an authorised collector, not the drain.
