Half of our Diwali orders now come on WhatsApp. If you have not ordered from us this way before, here is how it works from the first message to the doorstep.
Send us your list, or simply your budget and the number of people. Within an hour during shop hours, Nusrat replies with an estimate: each item, its price and the total. If an item is sold out, she suggests the nearest match. Prices are the same as in the shop, and the estimate includes delivery if your order is above ₹3,000 within Lucknow.
When you confirm, we ask for your address with a landmark and a time window. Orders confirmed before 2 pm go out the same day, in our own van, before 7 pm. On the three days before Diwali we run two vans, and slots fill quickly, so order early in the week. You can pay by UPI on confirmation or in cash on delivery.
Our driver brings the boxes in a sealed carton, waits while you check them and takes a photo of the delivered order for our records. Please check that the count matches the estimate before he leaves. If something arrives crushed or damp, send us a photo within 24 hours and we replace it on the next run. For orders outside Lucknow, we send a lorry receipt photo on WhatsApp, and you collect from the transport office in your town.
