Do you deliver outside Lucknow?
Within Lucknow we deliver ourselves, the same day for orders before 2 pm. Elsewhere in Uttar Pradesh we send by road transport; you collect from the transport office with the lorry receipt we share on WhatsApp.
What is the minimum order?
₹3,000 for home delivery in Lucknow, with free delivery above that. Shop pickup has no minimum.
Are these green crackers?
Items marked green use a reduced-emission formulation with less smoke. We mark them in the shop too, so you can pick them out easily.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send photos of the damaged item and its unopened box within 24 hours. We replace transit damage on the next run. We cannot take back opened or used boxes.
How should I store crackers at home?
Keep them in a closed cardboard carton in a dry room, away from the kitchen, diyas and electric points, and out of children’s reach. Use within a year.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
