How do I choose a helmet size online?

Measure round your head just above the eyebrows. Send us the number and your head shape on WhatsApp, and we will suggest one helmet and one size, or a video call.

Can I exchange gear?

Yes, within 15 days if it is unused with tags. Helmets must not have been worn outside the house.

Do you fit luggage to my bike?

Yes, free at the store on weekdays. It takes about 30 minutes for saddlebags and a tail bag together.

What do I need for Spiti in June?

A three-layer jacket, waterproof boots, winter gloves, a rain shell and a roll-top bag. Our journal has a full list.

Do you repair gear bought elsewhere?

Yes. Zips, buckles, stitching and liners, usually within two days, priced before we start.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
