A 25-minute story or every ritual uncut: what each film is for, who watches it and why many families order both.

Couples who book a wedding film with us are often unsure whether they need our feature film, our documentary edit, or both. They are made from the same footage, but they are made for different viewers and different moments in your life.
The feature film is 20 to 25 minutes long. It tells the story of the wedding the way a short film would: a beginning, a few emotional high points, music and recorded speeches carrying it forward, and a close. Our editor chooses the moments that matter, a father’s face during the kanyadaan, a sister’s laugh at the haldi, the quiet minute before the pheras, and lets the rest go. It is what you will watch on anniversaries and share with friends. A three-minute teaser and four short reels come with it.
The documentary edit is 60 to 90 minutes long and keeps the rituals in full. Every phera, every mantra and every speech is there, in order, without cutting for pace. It is the film that grandparents want, and relatives abroad who could not travel, and it often becomes a family record that matters more with each passing year.
If your budget allows only one, think about who will watch it most. Couples who care most about how the day felt choose the feature. Families who care most about the rituals themselves choose the documentary. Many order the feature at booking and add the documentary later, which is possible because we keep your raw footage for two years. Adding it afterwards costs the same as ordering it at the start.
