Do I get a GST bill?
Yes. Every sale has a GST invoice, which the manufacturer’s warranty needs. Businesses can add their GSTIN at checkout or at the counter.
How does the exchange work?
Bring your old phone and we quote in about 10 minutes, based on the model, screen and battery. The amount comes off your new phone’s price straight away.
What does refurbished mean here?
Phones under two years old, checked on a 42-point test and graded A or B. Battery health is above 85%, and every phone has our 6-month warranty.
How long does a screen repair take?
Most screens take 45 minutes; a few models need a day for the part. Compatible screens start at ₹1,800, and we quote before we open the phone.
Is EMI available?
No-cost EMI over 3 or 6 months on phones above ₹10,000, on most credit cards and some debit cards. Bring the card that will pay; approval takes a few minutes.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
