Can I test ride before buying?
Yes. Every bicycle on the floor can be test ridden on the quiet lane behind the shop. Bring flat shoes and give us ten minutes to set it to your height.
Which size frame do I need?
It depends on your height and inside-leg length, not your age. We measure you in the shop; as a guide, adults between 5′2″ and 5′9″ ride a medium frame.
Do you deliver outside Mysuru?
We deliver assembled bicycles within 25 km of Gokulam for free. Beyond that, we ship part-assembled to Bengaluru and Mandya for ₹600.
How often should a bicycle be serviced?
Every 3 months or 1,000 km for daily riders, and before the monsoon for everyone. A full service costs ₹799; brakes alone are ₹200.
Do you buy back kids’ bicycles?
Yes. If a child outgrows a bicycle bought from us within two years, we take it back at 40% of the price against a bigger one.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
