What makes a cracker green?
Green crackers use a reduced-emission formulation that gives less smoke, and each box lists the maker and batch. We stock nothing else.
Do you deliver across Chennai?
Yes. Free door delivery within Chennai and Tambaram for orders above ₹2,500, in 2–3 days by our own van. Below that, ₹150.
Do you send outside Chennai?
Within Tamil Nadu we dispatch by lorry; you collect from the transport office. Minimum ₹3,500 and transport charges are extra.
What if a box arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the unopened box on WhatsApp within a day of delivery and we replace it. We cannot take back opened or lit items.
How do I store leftovers?
Keep them in the closed box in a dry cupboard away from the kitchen and pooja lamp, out of children’s reach, and use them within a year.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
