Do you deliver to my state?
We dispatch to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry by lorry. Door delivery within Tamil Nadu; elsewhere you collect from the transport office in your town.
What are the transport charges?
Transport is paid to the lorry office on collection, usually ₹250–₹600 a carton depending on distance. We tell you the estimate before you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹3,000 after discount, because each order travels as its own carton with its own lorry receipt.
What if something arrives damaged or does not light?
Send photos of the damaged box, unopened, within 48 hours of collection and we replace it with the next dispatch. We cannot take back opened or used items.
How long do crackers keep?
Use them within a year. Store in the closed carton in a dry room, away from the kitchen, the pooja lamp and children’s reach.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
