The questions we ask in the first hour, what to have ready and what you will receive afterwards.

Most couples come to us after visiting Udaipur or seeing a friend’s wedding, with a date in mind and many questions. Our first planning call lasts about an hour, by video or in our office near Gangaur Ghat, and it is free. Here is what to expect.
We start with the basics: your possible dates, the approximate number of guests, how many will stay overnight and the events you imagine, from a haldi to a sangeet, mehendi, pheras and reception. We ask where most guests will travel from, since that changes everything from flight timings to room nights. If both families will join the call, all the better; many decisions depend on traditions that differ from family to family.
Next, we talk about budget. This is often the hardest part of the conversation, but an honest figure, even a range, saves months of planning for venues that do not fit. We explain how most budgets split between venue, rooms, food, décor and the rest, and what is realistic for your guest count and season. We also ask what matters most to you: the view, the food, the music or simply time with family.
Within a week, you receive a short written proposal: a shortlist of three to five venues with photos and room rates, a rough line-by-line budget, a draft timeline for the next twelve months and our fixed planning fee. There is no obligation, and you are welcome to ask as many questions as you like before deciding.
