Tagging, sorting, washing and the final check: a walk through our Andheri workshop.

When our driver collects your bag, it is weighed in front of you and sealed with a numbered tag. At the workshop, the bag is opened at a sorting table, and every garment is counted and given its own barcode label.
We check pockets and look for stains, tears and loose buttons. Anything that needs your attention, such as a stain that may not come out or a delicate fabric, is photographed and sent to you on WhatsApp before we clean.
Your clothes are then sorted by fabric and colour and washed in a drum on their own, never with another household’s. Dry cleaning goes to a separate room with its own machine and pressing tables.
Before packing, a supervisor scans every label against your order, checks for missed stains and folds or hangs each item. The bag is sealed again and the driver scans it at your door, so you know exactly what has come back.
