Two days of correction, the coating itself and a year of care: a plain breakdown of our three-year coating price.

Our three-year ceramic coating costs ₹32,000 for a hatchback or sedan. For an SUV it is a little more. People who see coatings advertised for ₹8,000 ask us why, and the answer is mostly hours, not product.
The largest part of the price is preparation. Before a coating goes on, the paint must be as clean and smooth as we can make it, because the coating seals in whatever is underneath. That means a decontamination wash, clay and iron treatment, and at least a one-stage correction, which takes two people a full day. In labour, power and pads, this accounts for about ₹14,000 of the price.
The coating itself costs about ₹6,000 for two layers on a medium car, including the panel prep sprays and applicators. It goes on panel by panel in a closed bay, wiped off at the right moment and left to cure under infrared lamps for several hours. That is half a day of skilled work, roughly ₹4,000.
The remaining ₹8,000 covers the free one-month maintenance wash, the first year’s inspection, our bay rent on OMR, insurance on customers’ cars, pick-up and drop, and our margin. A cheap coating usually skips correction and puts a coat over swirled paint. It will bead water for a while, but it locks in the marks you were trying to remove.
