Do you build PCs to a budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget and what you will run on it. We send a parts list within a day, and assembly and testing take 3 working days after you confirm.
What warranty do refurbished laptops have?
Six months from Byteshala on everything except physical damage, plus a new battery if the old one is below 80% health when we test it.
Can you upgrade my laptop’s RAM or SSD?
Most laptops can take more RAM or a larger SSD. Bring it in; the check is free, and fitting with data copied across costs ₹499 plus the part.
Do you give GST invoices for businesses?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout or at the counter. We also supply offices with 5 to 50 machines, set up and labelled.
How long does a laptop repair take?
Cleaning and servicing take 24 hours. Screen, keyboard and battery replacements take 1–3 days depending on the part. We quote before we start.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
