Smoke packs, cold sparks, baraat entries and society shows: what decides the price and where the money goes.

The first question on most calls is the price, so here is how our quotes are built, with the figures from our current list.
At the small end, a pack of six colour smoke canisters for photos costs ₹4,800, and a sparkler send-off with 100 low-smoke sparklers and two hosts is ₹9,500. Indoor moments come next: a 60-second varmala with four cold-spark machines is ₹14,500, a couple-entry aisle with six machines is ₹18,000, and sangeet sparkulars are ₹16,000. Outdoor aerial shows start with the baraat entry at ₹28,000 and the 90-second gold willow finale at ₹38,000. A 15-minute choreographed society Diwali show with 220 shots is ₹1,45,000.
Three things move a price. The first is product: aerial shells and cakes are the biggest cost, and bigger shells need a bigger clear zone. The second is crew: a varmala needs two technicians, a society show up to six, plus a site visit, setup from mid-afternoon and clean-up after. The third is distance: within Pune and PCMC there is no travel charge; beyond that we add fuel and, past 100 km, a night’s stay for the crew.
Our quote lists every item, the number of shots, the crew size and the total including GST. Booking needs 25% advance, with the balance three days before. If a couple has a fixed budget, we would rather design a shorter show that ends well than stretch it thin.
