Fixed fees for returns, GST and company filings, and the things that cost extra, so there are no surprises.

Every engagement with us begins with a written fee. Clients still sometimes ask what exactly that fee includes. Here is a plain answer for our most common services.
An income tax return for a salaried person costs ₹1,200. That covers reviewing Form 16 and your Annual Information Statement, comparing the old and new regimes, preparing and filing the return, verifying it and sending you the acknowledgement. Capital gains from shares or mutual funds add ₹800 to ₹2,500, depending on the number of transactions. A business return with books is ₹4,500 and above, depending on turnover.
Monthly GST returns cost ₹1,500 a month for up to 100 invoices. That includes reconciling your purchases with what suppliers have reported, filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and a WhatsApp reminder before each date. Annual returns, e-way bill support and registration amendments are quoted separately. Annual ROC compliance for a small private limited company is ₹18,000, covering the annual forms, board minutes for the required meetings and the AGM papers. The statutory audit is a separate engagement.
What our fees never include: government fees, taxes, interest and late fees, which you pay directly to the department. Replies to notices, appearances and appeals are quoted separately after we read the notice. If the scope of work grows, for example a second business or a property sale mid-year, we tell you the new fee before we bill.
